This is only going to be a very short post to simply list out the first few apps I decided to purchase.  I’ll go into more detail later this weekend about them.

Alarm Clock Plus ($1.79): This was actually my first app.  I used this to make sure my google apps account was associated with my credit card properly and that it actually worked.   It has some nice features, including customizing a playlist for an alarm event.  You can set an hourly grandfather clock chime :)

Doubletwist (Free): I wanted a way to organize my music through iTunes and sync them to the Xoom.

AirSync ($4.99): This is an add-on to Doubletwist that allows you to sync your music across a wireless network.  In short: no more cables.

Aldiko ($2.99); An eBook reader that has good reviews and a following.  It’s also supposed to hook into the Calibre eBook (PC based) manager.\
